In planning for my retirement as the Practice Administrator, Ann was brought on to serve as my eventual replacement. During that time, Ann was asked to oversee all operational aspects of the practice. These responsibilities included management of all areas of billing, front and back office operations, surgery scheduling, HR management, the practice management system and our accounts payable system and operations. Ann was a quick study and consistently demonstrated a strong understanding of each area of the practice. Her calm and democratic management style was welcomed and respected by the staff and it made her a valuable asset to the practice.
